BOC- When you first started, what were your biggest challenges?

Elmer- Logistics, that was my biggest challenge, it was because I did not know the road and I was afraid of getting lost while driving, imagine, getting lost in the woods like that guy in Oregon, good thing we have GPS and also that I could not make it in time for delivery and pickups.

BOC- How is the industry right now, compared to when you started? Elmer- A lot of thing have improved, but I stand in the middle, like the Digital Log books, they are good because they let you rest a lot but sometimes you lose a lot of time and that can cause some delays on the deliveries, and when that happens every one gets angry but again I stand in the middle.

BOC- When did you started working with us?

Elmer- I started working with Cardiff Bank on November 2017, Sal gave me a Call and we started from there, I’ve already financed 4 pieces of equipment with you guys, 2 trucks and 2 reefers and every process is pretty easy and quite painless.

BOC- Do you consider that your business has grown since you started working with us?

Elmer- Of course it has, before Sal gave the first call business was slow, like really slow and working with Sal and Ari has been a great experience, because they advise me what to do sometimes and it worked out great, I think my business is growing, slowly but surely and I’m getting there. Before, I was working by myself, now I can get some extra work done and I already hired another guy.

BOC- Anything that you would like to add?

Elmer- Just keep up the good work and I will continue growing, also i’ll keep on referring buddies of mine to Cardiff Bank, because you know, you are pretty easy to work with and other banks don’t want to work with us.
