If you receive a suspicious email that uses Cardiff Bank name, please forward it to our anti-phishing department immediately.
Fraud alert
There have been recent attempts by overseas scan, artists trying to obtain personal information and money by using Cardiff Bank name. These emails state that the email recipient is the winner of a foreign lottery and they must wire money or send personal information in order to collect their winnings. This is a scam. We are not the custodians for any lotteries. Please report all such emails to our anti-phishing department using the steps below.

If you use an e-mail client, create a new e-mail to phishing@cardiffbank.com. Drag and drop the phishing email from your inbox onto this new email message. Do not simply forward the email if you can help it, as this approach loses critical information and makes it much more difficult to process. If you access your email through a web interface, forwarding is the only solution.

Lost or stolen credit card
Report your lost or stolen credit card immediately. Call us toll-free at 1-877-881-6018. Our credit card customer service center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We'll cancel your card and issue a replacement immediately. You won't be liable for any unauthorized purchases or withdrawals from your account when you notify us promptly.
Suspected identity theft
